Everything property owners ask about listing, fees, payouts, and how we manage your guests.

In account settings you can update your name, contact details, addresses and notification preferences. If you both rent and let, your home address and your correspondence address are kept separately.
To keep the platform safe, and because it is required before money can leave the platform — so it applies when you request a payout on a property you own. Verification covers both your identity documents and your phone number.
We do. They contact our team, not you — enquiries, check-in, problems during a stay. That is what the management fee pays for.
Short stays confirm on payment. Rentals go through an approval step before the tenancy starts, which our team manages with you.
A prospective tenant can book a viewing before committing, Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm local to the property, with at least a day's notice. Confirmed viewings appear in your dashboard so the property can be ready. Only our staff mark a viewing as completed.
A managed rental platform. Every property is looked after by our team rather than left to the owner, so the person you deal with before, during and after a stay works for us.
A short stay is booked by the night, like a hotel. A rental is a lease paid either in full or monthly. Both are booked through the site, and the price and payment schedule follow the type.
Yes. The same account does both. Switch between renting and hosting whenever you like — we remember which side you were last on and take you back there.
To book, yes. You can browse without one. You will be asked to sign in or create an account before you reserve, so we can send your confirmation and let you manage the booking afterwards.
It is a percentage applied to bookings on your listing, set by our team as part of managing the property. The rate is shown on your listing's pricing settings.
Earnings build up in your wallet, and you request a payout from your dashboard when you want the money moved. For a lease paid monthly, earnings become available across the term rather than all at once when the tenant signs — your dashboard shows what has been released and what is still to come.
Payouts need completed identity and phone verification. Until both are done, a payout request is refused. If your verification is rejected you have a short window to put it right before your listings are affected.
The matching share of your earnings is reversed so the figures stay balanced. You will see it reflected on your earnings.
Listing is free. We earn a management fee on bookings, so we are only paid when you are.
Choose List your property and follow the steps — details, photos, pricing, amenities and rules. You can save and come back at any point before submitting.
Yes, every new listing. You are told when it is approved, or what needs changing if it is not.
Most details, yes. Some changes go through a short review before they republish, and a few — changing the location or the property type — hide the listing until it is approved again. Pricing and photo housekeeping do not need review.
Yes, though a listing is one or the other. You choose when you create it, and the booking flow and pricing follow that choice.
If your identity verification is rejected, your listings stay live while you sort it out. If the window passes unresolved they are taken offline until verification is complete, and they go back up once it is.
Use the messages area in your account, or the contact form on the site. Messages about a booking are best sent from the booking itself so we can see it alongside your question.
